  • Please complete the request a demo form, and a Plan4 team member will be in touch to have a chat. We will be delighted to arrange a comprehensive demo of our products.

  • Unfortunately, not. Our software is configured specifically for a client using information, which we are legally obliged to process and manage securely under our ISO and healthcare industry standards. This requires investment from both parties. We do, however provide training environments within the application that users can play around in to get familiar with the product.

  • This depends on your availability. We look to complete software configuration and set-up, and onboarding users within 30 days. This timescale is reduced for any additional Specialty licenses. Once we’re operational with you, we provide our onboarding plan so you can see what's involved.

  • We establish application programming interface (API) protocols, so your data is live and on-demand. At the onboarding stage, we work with you to complete the required Data Sharing Agreement (DSA), and a Date Privacy Impact Assessment (DPIA). We operate, process and manage securely under our ISO and healthcare industry standards, which you can view in our Trust Centre below.

  • A Plan4 Customer Success Manager will be on hand to support user's requirements in using our products, providing training and ways of working to keep you engaged with each application. For requirements, which are slightly outside the box please inquire about our advanced support plans and solutions.

  • Don't worry, you can't break anything or loose data. If you have any issues, our support desk provides a range of support from pre-support to 3rd line support. Our team will address all technical and software issues and have you back on-line as soon as we can.

  • On a bi-weekly basis we run a training clinic, which all our clients are free to log into to share best practice, feedback on their experiences in using our products and make improvement suggestions. Once you're up and running and using our products, your Customer Success Manager will send you an invite to join.

  • Yes - we supply Concepta on a specialty-by-specialty license. We configure Concepta and onboard users with minimal interruption to your business-as-usual operational activity. This is a one-time effort, so upgrading your plan to include further specialties is quick and simple.
